A Little YOU-Time
Last year I started off a 3 part Health Tips series on Fitness, Nutrition and Grooming, I only ever got to Part 1 (my bad) and it had a really good response at the time. I think I was a little overwhelmed with all the travelling and not in the best mind frame with so much uncertainty in my life, and I dropped the ball on it. However, I still have a lot of women, and even men, asking what I do for health, fitness, diet and how I take care of my hair, nails and skin. So I’d like to pick it up again and share with everyone how I manage it, even when I’m time poor. Since it’s always evolving, I’d also like to make it a regular thing, not only a 3 part series. So I’ll start off with the 3 basic parts and continue on reviewing my favourite tips, tricks, exercises and products as I go throughout the year!

Your body is the most complex and valuable piece of equipment you will ever find, and all it takes is some smart choices, and a little TLC to make it your best body ever. Turn over a new leaf and starting drinking more water, eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, and moving every single day. Take a little more time to relax, process your own thoughts and at least once a week, take 30 minutes, just for you. I promise you’ll feel better and more focused already.
